At the moment we have plenty of availability for the weekend of the 14th February, but we do have another enquiry in for that weekend so I would advise you to confirm your booking as soon as possible to guarantee availability.

Please find below the Academic rates that we could apply to your group:

For 30 guests, you could book 15 twin rooms @ 22.00euro sharing. The rate for Continental breakfast is 6.70euro per person.

Once we have put the booking in place, I will need you to sign a Schedule of Costs, detailing what has been booked and the costs associated. A non-refundable 20% deposit will then be due. Approximately 6 weeks before your arrival we will require a further 60% deposit. As both of these deposits are non -refundable, it is advisable to book the minimum that you require and then pending availability you can add to this at a later date.

Finally please advise you have read and understand the following:
* Consumption of alcohol will not be permitted unless as part of an agreed function provided by Catering
* Consumption of illegal drugs is not permitted
* Security will refuse admission to anyone deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
* Anyone deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave the campus
