Migration To New Server Begins!
The new server is ready for use and testing. SSH accounts have all been created and we will start with migrating the mysql data. To do this please visit:

New Login Server Coming Soon
It has taken a long time with many delays, and effort from many people but we nearly have the new login machine finished and ready. This will give us a chance to take down bipolar and do the necessary work on it to make it live for another good few years. As it has been so long since we built this server, here are the specs again:
- 2x 1.8Ghz Dual core Amd Opetrons
- 4 GB ram
- 4x 400GB SATA 3Gbit/sec drives(yes that is 1.6TB!!)
- 2x 1Gbit network cards
- 500+ watt power supply
- And as Nigel put it - More fans than a jet engine.
Skycon Trip
We are looking for people who are interested in going to Skycon in Limerick. Depending on how many people are interested, we may be able to subsidize the trip. We have no details yet (more coming soon) but here's the low down on last years one: http://www.skycon.skynet.ie/
